Just a public service announcement that iOS 11.4 beta 3 (15F5071a) does not fix the iPhone X Suica Problem.
Unfortunately this will be my last direct iPhone X Apple Pay Suica field test result for a while as I will be visiting family in the USA. I’ll be in contact with fellow Apple Pay Suica test elves and report their field results until I get back.
At this late stage of the 11.4 beta it looks like iPhone X Suica users will still get the fuzzy end of the lollipop but internal Apple testing of a iOS 11.4.1 update is already underway, maybe we’ll finally get lucky.
Maybe.
